Read More→We're an immigration consultancy in Krakow, Poland. We help foreigners, companies, families, and students with work permits, residence permits, and all the paperwork that comes with living legally in Poland.

Sylwia Fossaert founded Krakspire after experiencing the immigration system from the other side. With an MBA from KU Leuven in Belgium, she spent years advising Belgian startups on international mobility. When she co-founded IT company Epikia in Krakow and started hiring internationally, she discovered how complex and frustrating the Polish permit process was, even for someone who spoke the language.
She launched Krakspire in 2018 to fix that. The idea was simple: build a team that knows the system inside out and make the process painless for everyone: individuals, families, and companies.
Today, we've helped thousands of people deal with Polish immigration. Our team speaks English, Polish, German, and Spanish. We're based in the centre of Krakow, and yes... we actually pick up the phone.
We focus exclusively on immigration. No corporate law, no divorce cases, no criminal defence. Just permits, paperwork, and government offices. When we need a lawyer or an accountant, we work with trusted partners, but immigration is all we do, and we do it well.
Work permits, residence permits, Blue Cards, citizenship cases, and more.
English, Polish, German, and Spanish. We communicate with you in your language.
We know the voivodeship offices, how they work, how long they take, and what they're picky about.
We're a small team on purpose. Every client works directly with a senior consultant. Not a junior assistant reading from a script.
