Already in Poland? Let’s get the rest sorted

A residence permit is just the start. There’s a PESEL number to get, an address to register, a bank account to open, and a dozen other things that nobody warned you about. We handle all of it.

Package services alongside your permit

Most of the services below go hand-in-hand with a residence or work permit application. When we handle your permit, we can take care of these at the same time, so you don’t have to visit five different offices or figure out which forms to fill in.

You can also book any of these as standalone services if you’ve already got your permit sorted.

Registration & ID

PESEL number

Your PESEL is an 11-digit identification number used across Polish administration: taxes, healthcare, contracts, and more. You’ll need one for almost everything. The application goes through the local gmina office, and we take care of it.

Zameldowanie (address registration)

If you’re staying in Poland longer than 30 days, you need to register your address. This is separate from your residence permit. We prepare the paperwork and can accompany you to the office if needed.

Profil Zaufany (trusted profile)

Profil Zaufany is your digital identity for Polish government services. You need it to file taxes, check your ZUS account, and increasingly to submit immigration applications through the MOS Portal. We help you set it up.

Bank account

Opening a Polish bank account as a foreigner can be tricky. Some banks require specific documents or a PESEL. We know which banks accept foreign nationals and what documents you need to bring.

Health, benefits & transport

800+ family benefit

The 800+ programme provides PLN 800 per month per child. Foreign residents with the right permit type can apply. We check your eligibility and help with the application through the ZUS platform.

Healthcare & ZUS

If you work in Poland, your employer pays ZUS contributions and you’re covered by NFZ (public healthcare). We help you understand what’s covered, register with a clinic, and sort out any gaps. No employer? We can set up your private ZUS subscription so you’re still covered.

Insurance

Health insurance is mandatory for residence permit applications. We advise on whether NFZ, private insurance, or a mix of both works best, and help you get the right policy.

Driver’s licence exchange

Foreign driving licences have limited validity in Poland. If you’re staying long-term, you may need to exchange yours for a Polish one. The application goes through the local transport office. We sort it out for you.

Vehicle registration

Importing or buying a car in Poland? Registration involves a stack of paperwork: customs documents, technical inspections, insurance, and fees. We take care of the full process.

Property & documents

Property purchase permit

Non-EEA citizens buying property in Poland generally need a permit from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MSWiA). We prepare the application, gather the required documents, and deal with the ministry.

Certified translations

Polish offices require sworn translations for most foreign documents: diplomas, birth certificates, marriage certificates, employment contracts. We coordinate with certified translators and deliver on time.

Apostille & legalisation

Some foreign documents need an apostille or consular legalisation before they’re accepted in Poland. We handle the process depending on the issuing country and document type.

Notary appointments

Need a document notarised? We schedule appointments with Polish notaries, prepare the documents, and make sure everything is in order before you sign.

Life in Poland — Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, that’s how most of our clients do it. When we handle your residence permit, we can take care of PESEL registration, zameldowanie, bank account, and other items at the same time. It saves you time and office visits.

Almost certainly. You need a PESEL for employment contracts, tax returns, healthcare, opening a bank account, and many other things. If you’re staying in Poland longer than a few months, it’s one of the first things to get.

Foreigners can buy apartments and houses in Poland freely: no permit needed, regardless of nationality. Buying land (including a house with a large plot) is different: non-EEA citizens generally need a permit from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. There are exceptions, for example, if you’ve held a permanent residence permit for a certain period. We check your situation and handle the application if needed.

Usually a few weeks at the local transport office. You’ll need your original licence, a sworn translation, a medical certificate, and a passport photo. We prepare everything and submit on your behalf.

The 800+ programme pays PLN 800 per month per child under 18, regardless of income. Foreign residents with temporary or permanent residence permits can apply. The application goes through the ZUS PUE platform.
